Many thanks to Flathead Valley Community College and volunteers of Ms. Ryan’s A&P class for hosting 65 West Valley 7th graders in the BioMed facility! We got to explore cardiology, urology, spirometry, kinesiology, optometry, hematology, and emergency medicine!
There are so many great programs and opportunities here in the valley for this future workforce!

RevTrak system for West Valley’s online payments is now live. Signing up is easy!
1. Go to our district's RevTrak Web Store and click "Log in." https://westvalleyschool.revtrak.net/
2. Select "Create New Account." Enter your information and follow onscreen instructions to complete setting up your account. Or, if you already have an account, log in using your username and password.
3. Once you are logged in to your account, browse our Web Store and purchases or pay fees for your students. Add and store a method of payment during this step to make checkout easy for future payments.
Munch and Mingle: Parent/Student Lunch at the West Valley Elementary School Cafeteria. Come meet and mingle with students and other parents. Enjoy a delicious lunch together. Bring lunch for you and your child, or pre order a hot lunch at the school for $4/adult. Please RSVP to your child's classroom teacher by February 28 if attending (and if ordering lunch). Schedule is as follows:

1st Grade: Tuesday March 5 (11:40-12:00)

7th Grade Science had a special visit from Montana Wild Wings, brought to us by the Flathead Land Trust. We have been learning about species adaptations and specialized roles that organisms perform in their ecosystems. We were able to meet a pair of amazing raptors and their impressive traits.

Four of the TechWarriors Club's FIRST Lego League Challenge teams qualified to compete at the State level against the top robotics teams in the state. We are proud of each student and family for the hard work they put into the program. Special recognition to team "La Tech Croissants" for placing 2nd in the state for the Robot Game!
Your West Valley School Board is excited to share that Richard Gross has been offered and has accepted the Superintendent position at West Valley School District. This unanimous Board decision reflects Richard's outstanding leadership, passion for education, and commitment to our district, staff, and students.
There will be no school on Monday, February 19th, for President's Day.
